This pick up stick sampler kit includes the yarn and a pick up stick with instructions to guide you to learn how to weave textured and patterned weaves on a rigid heddle weaving loom.  By using this kit you will learn how to use a pick up stick in your weaving creating patterns with either a warp  or weft float or both.  The instruction book guides you gently through the skills with the product being a sampler with 11 different pick up patterns which can be used for future reference or used as a wall hanging.

3 balls of 4 ply cotton yarn - a generous amout of yarn sufficient to weave the sampler

In order to weave the sampler with the yarn in the kit you would need a 10epi heddle.  A 12 epi could be used and the sampler would be slightly smaller and have less drape which would be fine.
 
The loom and sampler as shown in the images is not included.  You can purchase a TabbyandTweed rigid heddle loom in our shop.
