Two Looms, One Box
Most beginner weaving kits include a single loom. This gift box includes two - each producing different types of woven pieces and teaching complementary skills.
- Bookmark loom (6.8cm × 20.8cm, FSC and PEFC certified birch plywood): produces long, narrow woven strips - bookmarks, bag handle ties, decorative bands. Quick to set up, satisfying to complete in a single session.
- Square frame loom (11cm × 11cm, FSC and PEFC certified birch plywood): produces small square woven patches - coasters, fabric swatches, appliqué patches, greetings card inserts, small wall art pieces. A different shape, a different scale, and a new set of creative possibilities.
Both looms are reusable and can be used again with any DK yarn once the included yarn is finished.
Hand-Dyed Yarn Options
The kit is available in three yarn set options. Two of the three options include a skein of hand-dyed British wool yarn - individually coloured with beautifully varied tones that cannot be replicated by machine-dyed alternatives. The third option uses bright, solid-colour British wool yarn throughout.
